Cherry eye” is a medical condition occurring in canines when the third eyelid of a dog (the one containing the tear gland) becomes infected. As a result, the tissue becomes swollen and is moved out of position. G-Dragon’s beloved pug, Gaho, recently underwent surgery for this condition.

The surgery went extremely well, and Gaho is now at home recovering. The post-op drugs he is taking, however, sometimes causes him to lose his balance and run into walls. Poor thing. He’s absolutely adorable.
