Taiwanese hot-selling artist Jay Chou is coming back to the music industry this May, and it’s scaring away other Chinese artists that are looking to release albums around the same time.

Several artists, including Leehom Wang, have pushed their album releases towards the summer time. Jay Chou is rumored to be coming back with a Lady Gaga-inspired concept coupled with his own original soft rock flavor.

Sidenote: According to the source, Leehom was supposed to release an album last month. WHAT!?
