Bambino! is actually a manga about a college student who wants to open up his own restaurant. The manga isn’t actually about spaghetti, but it is a big part of the story. It starts off with Ban Shogo working in a famous Italian restaurant where he struggles to keep up with the daily grind. You can also learn some Italian while you read it. And the food looks delicious, I always get so hungry whenever they describe the dishes in cooking manga.

It’s a crime that this manga has gone without translations for so long. It’s been picked up by a 1 man team and now has around 40 chapters available in English. You can find it at his blog, here. It’s definitely one of the best manga I’ve recently read, and it’s like Christmas whenever each new chapter comes out.
