Female Hong Kong singer Janice Vidal seems to have faded from the Chinese pop music scene recently. It’s a shame, because Janice was a very talented artist! In 2005, she released her Day & Night album which featured an English song on it called “Long Distance,” today’s song of the day.

The song has a very jazzy feel to it. The saxophone is a beautiful instrumental, and it’s used exceptionally well in this song. The lyrics are in English, so I think many of you will be able to fully appreciate the nature of the lyrics. Sung with emotion and passion, this son deserves to go down in my books as a great hit.
