Like mother like daughter, right? Well, this seems to be exactly the case when it comes to female YG artist Gummy and her mother, Jang Sook Jung. The mother-daughter duo will both be releasing their albums on the same day, April 29th.

Gummy herself admits that her mother, known as Queen Gummy, sings better than her! Already a vocal powerhouse, one can only wonder how amazing Ms. Gummy senior can sing. Apparently, both mother and daughter worked together on the production of this album, and Jang Sook Jung has revealed that this is the culmination of a thirty year long dream of hers. In addition to the title track called “Women Are Also…,” there will be nine other tracks, giving a grand total of ten tracks on the album.

After the amazing song that Gummy released, I am completely psyched for what her mother has in store! I can see where Gummy now inherited her elegant beauty…
