In Malaysia, Teh Sian Meng was helping his brother repair a lorry (basically a semi-truck) when it suddenly fell on him and killed him.

Luckily he died quickly and did not have to endure the pain of being pinned between an engine and a cab for too long. The police ruled out foul play and classified his death as sudden.

Ironically, this incident took place on his 32nd birthday. R.I.P. Teh Siang Meng.
