PLEDIS Entertainment recently revealed that Korean pop artist Son Dam Bi would be pushing her album release back to July instead of the original release date slated for May.

Despite the album already being finished, the company said in a statement that, “We have went through much discussions between finally deciding that Son Dam Bi’s album release will be delayed. It was a tough decision. With the World Cup games coming up in June, it will be delayed till July.” This decision was forced by not only the World Cup but also a combination of the ship sinking in Korea and the delay in After School promotions.

So, there you have it folks. Looks like Dam Bi will be competing with the YG family in the summer instead of Lee Hyori now.
