Lee Jung Hyun aka Lady Gaga’s Korean BFF, after recently releasing her Suspicious Boy MV teaser, was caught as a suspicious woman at Inchon Airport upon arriving from the US. She was arrested for possession of illegal firearms. In Korea, any firearm is deemed illegal — it’s one of those countries. Embarrassingly enough, those firearms turned out to be not firearms.

Jung Hyun’s trip to the US was reportedly a shopping trip for costume props and accessories for her comeback. The so-called firearms were just accessories that I imagine are like what’s pictured above.

This whole incident is something you can’t put past Korea, but part of me wonders if it’s a publicity stunt. After all, the name of her upcoming single is “Suspicious Boy,” and she is holding a blinged out gun in her promo pictures. How real-looking could these “illegal firearms” be?

What do you guys think, was this a publicity stunt?

I think it’s just ridiculous. I mean if any kind of firearm is illegal why would you make fake ones in the first place if they’re just gonna get in trouble for it ?

I know right? =/
