The ninja assassin Rain to collab with the martial arts master Jackie Chan? It’s like the dream team right there! The two have been announced to work together on Rain’s ‘Hip Song’ MV.
According to JTunes Entertainment, Jackie Chan proposed that he and Rain should produce an MV for ‘Hip Song.’ The music video will make use of Chan’s upcoming movie “The Karate Kid” and will be releasing on May 20.
Chan attended Rain’s concert last November in Hong Kong and gave him a bouquet of flowers.
An official said, “This is a project meaning a cross-border friendship between Jackie Chan and Rain.”
Meanwhile, Chan’s new movie “The Karate Kid” is a remake of the 1984 version. This version stars Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s son Jaden Smith. The movie will be released on June 11.
