A lucky fan encountered her favorite idol, 2PM’s ex-member Jaebum/Jay Park, at a Taipei night market recently in Taiwan. Her fan account caught many attention and make them wonder why Jay was in such a far country.

The lucky fan wrote, “My friend bravely asked if we could take a picture. I was so shocked… I just stood there thinking ‘Is that really Jaebum?’ We told him we were Thai and he greeted us warmly in Thai.”

Many netizens after reading this fan account have expressed their wishes to be in Taiwan, while others wondered why he went to Taiwan. Some speculate that the idol probably traveled to Taiwan to work on his music. It is known that Jay will soon be starring in Hollywood movie Hype Nation, as well as beginning solo promotions as an individual artist. Therefore many fans believe that Jay was in Taiwan to produce OST songs, as well as other album works.
