Charice is making quite the ruckus in the world music industry. Fresh upon the release of her self-titled debut album, Charice’s label, Warner Music Japan and Recochoku (Japanese mobile music company) have announced that the release of the Japanese version of the album will be delayed to July 7th.

Originally set for June 23rd, the Japan special edition of the album is set to have two cover tracks of Japanese songs. Although nothing has been confirmed yet, it’s rumored that one of the cover songs might be “Mikazuki” by female Japanese artist Ayaka. Here’s the track list for the album:

1. Pyramid
2. Reset
3. In This Song
4. Nobody’s Singin’To Me
5. Thank You
6. I Love You
7. In Love So Deep
8. All That I Need To Survive
9. Nothing
10. The Truth Is
11. Did It For You
12. Note To God
13. Did It For You(with Drew Ryan Scott) [International bonus track]
14. * Covered song of J-POP [Japan bonus track]
15. * Covered song of J-POP [Japan bonus track]

Hm. I wonder what songs she’s going to cover? What Japanese songs do you think would match her voice?
