Apparently, Vanessa Hudgens thinks she’s above the law — photos of her walking towards her car parked in a handicapped surfaced recently. She did show us some shame by covering her face as she walked towards her car:

Parking in a handicapped parking spot without a handicap sign in California sets you back around $400. I’m guessing this is loose change for Vanessa. Sadly, there’ve been no reports of her being issued a ticket for this.
