A new member of the After School sub-group, Orange Caramel, has just been revealed. Following the unveiling of the first member, Nana, the second member, to the surprise of many, is small powerhouse singer Raina.

To be honest, I’m a little disappointed by this. My dreams of a Jung Ah, Raina and Bekah group have been completely crushed. Raina doing a cutesy song would be a severe waste of her amazing vocal ability. I’m finding it hard to see why she’s in here, but I think I see a trend. I predict that the next member to join Orange Caramel will be Lizzy. Why? Because so far, it looks like they’re splitting After School up into a “New School” and “Old School” grouping (minus Uee and Kahi). Nana, Raina and Lizzy are in one group, while Bekah, Jung Ah and Ju Yeon are in the other group. Does that make sense?
