Awhile ago, it was revealed that Korean music star BoA would be releasing a new single for Disney on Ice Japan promotions. Well, a teaser of the song, “Woo Weekend,” as well as a track list for the single have been released!

The teaser is a good minute and a half long, so you can really get a good feel for the song. All I really have to say about the song is that, yeah, it really sounds like a Disney song. I didn’t really expect anything special from this track to begin with. Regarding the music video, I think whoever gave her that outfit should be shot. She also looked like she was kind of going through the motions in the choreography. It looked way too easy for her.

All in all, it comes down to being a promotional song, and it does a good job of that. Having only listened to it once, I still have it stuck in my head, even as I type. I will admit that it is nice to hear some of BoA’s work after such a long time, though. Let’s just hope that her Korean comeback is going to be a lot more fierce than what this was!
