This means if you bet on USA at least one of the following needs to happen for you to win:
USA wins.

If you bet on Slovenia at least one of the following needs to happen for you to win:
There is a tie.
Slovenia wins.

To place a bet, post in the comments the team that you want to bet on. All entries need to come before the start of the match which is 6/18 10 AM EST.

Winners get 100 EXP. Losers lose 100 EXP.
