Sometimes I get the feeling that celebrities get drivers licenses by flashing a quick smile rather then using their driving skills. Well, looks like Kwon Sang Woo falls into that category of celebrities for me, because the steamy Korean actor is currently in some steamy water!

Mr. Kwon is currently under investigation by Seoul police for an alleged hit-and-run incident two days earlier. The police station reports that Kwon was driving in the wrong lane and hit a parked car. When the police arrived, he apparently tried to flee the scene, and hit a flowerbed after driving about 300 meters. He then got out of the car and fled the scene.

Kwon showed up two days later at the police station for investigation. He reports that, “The police car was following me and I got scared… I was not drunk driving.” Furthermore, Kwon’s management claims that the car “slipped in the rain and collided into a parked car.” They also expressed that Kwon is “deeply regretting his mistake due to poor driving and his leaving the scene.”

Uh huh… Not driving drunk? Well, the circumstances make this claim seem like nothing more than a lie. What do you think?
