SNSD’s Tiffany was absent for a few weeks as MC on Music Core for treatment of vocal cord nodules. However, this week is her comeback to the mic (yay), but hit the brakes! Is it just those naughty netizens or does she look a little different?

The majority of Kpop enthusiasts are glad to see her back, but quite a number are questioning the real reason for her absence. Did she get plastic surgery (specifically a nose-job?) or didn’t she?

I’m going to be totally honest and say that she does look a little different. But that may just be my eyes messing with me, since we haven’t seen her in 3 weeks. Or perhaps she’s still swollen from whatever they’re doing to cure her illness.
