As you gamblers probably already know, South Korea played against Uruguay recently. The 2010 FIFA World Cup semi-final match was brilliantly played, but South Korea came up short, losing to Uruguay with a score of 2-1. Missed the action? Never fear, here’s a short recap of the highlights of the game.

Early in the game, the Red Devils took a blow by Luis Suarez, who scored the first goal of the game. The Koreans tried fighting back, but they soon found that the Uruguay defense was a tough one to break. Luckily, Lee Chung Yong was able to slip past the defense and place a header into the net, which left the game at a tie. This was the first goal that Uruguay had given up in the tournament thus far.

The game went on, with fans across the globe tensely watching. The final decisive shot was made by Luis Suarez again, as he shot a goal past the South Korean goalie. Uruguay now moves on to play in the quarter finals, while South Korea will go home.

It’s not all bad, though. South Korean coach Huh Jung Moo commented that, “It would have been a lot better if we had played a bit smarter with a bit more confidence… We did learn this time that we have some areas to improve on.

Hopefully the team will be able to come back next time, better than ever!
