This means if you bet on Brazil at least one of the following needs to happen for you to win:
-Brazil wins the match.

If you bet on Netherlands at least one of the following needs to happen for you to win:
-There is a tie.
-Netherlands wins the match.

Winners get 300 EXP. Losers lose 300 EXP.
