If you caught the MV for Taeyang’s ‘I Need a Girl‘, you noticed Sandara Park pretty much stood around ‘acting’ as the girlfriend in the video. However, a brand new version will be released soon and this time Sandara will be a featured dancer.

A YG Entertainment representative recently said, “During the first music video for ‘I Need A Girl,’ Sandara Park acted as Taeyang’s girlfriend but this time, she will be a dancer, showing off a cool dance with him.”

Here’s the first MV:

The decision was made after the overwhelming response to the Deluxe Edition of Solar, so what better way to commemorate the release of the regular version than by releasing a brand new MV! It’s kind of like Taeyang’s solo debut all over again.

Taeyang and Sandara Park finished filming the MV on July 6 and if you missed out on the now sold-out Deluxe edition, no worries. The regular version of Solar will be released on July 9 with the MV sometime soon.
