Who knew that Hong Kong’s famous actor, Andy Lau, once saved Super Junior Siwon’s life? The young idol confessed this incident on a recent recording of SBS ‘Strong Heart’.

Siwon revealed, “I knew Andy Lau through The Battle of Wits in 2005. We were filming under the temperature of 30 degrees and I was acting as a Prince in the movie, and was wearing 9 shirts then. I fainted suddenly due to the rise in blood pressure and almost fell down from a high place. At the bottom, there were a few actors holding on to spears etc, that is really a very life-threatening moment. Luckily, Andy Lau was standing by my side and he held onto me tight, and so nothing happened. He asked coolly ‘Are you alright?’ ”

He continued his story, “At that point of time, I was full of gratitude and even wanted to call him my god-father, but he said to call him Da-Ge (Big Brother/ hyung).”

In this episode of Strong Heart, Siwon then attracted many attention by using Chinese to greet Andy Lau.
