After having been hit with a plagiarism accusation on her title track music video for “Queen,” Korean artist Son Dam Biand Pledis Entertainment have taken action on the issue. Having gone back and tweaked and re-shot the video, a second version has now been released.
The plagiarized scenes in question have clearly been removed and replaced with scenes that were re-shot. It doesn’t look like there’s an official statement from Pledis yet regarding the issue, but I think this second music video release speaks for itself. Check out the original and new versions below:

While I think it’s good that Pledis re-shot some of the scenes, I still think that the company needs to get it together as a whole. I mean, this is the second time that a really blatant plagiarism issue has arisen within the Pledis ranks, and so far, on both occasions, Pledis has refused to acknowledge any fault on their part.
What do you think?
