The dark past with JYP Entertainment is over and now the ex-2PM memberJay Park is ready to start anew in Korea with Sidus HQ Entertainment!
News came about on July 16th that Jay has officially signed with his new talent agency, which is famous for recruiting stars like Kim Hye Soo, Jang Hyuk, Jo In Sung, Cha Tae Hyun, Han Yeh Seul, Park Mi Sun, Jo Hyung Gi, Kim Shin Young, etc.
Sidus HQ said, “We have officially signed a contract with Jaebum and he will resume activities in Korea as well as in other parts of Asia. With Jaebum’s talent, we will help and manage Jaebum and turn him into a global star.”
Not only that, Jay gained a new nickname! Sidus HQ representative, Jung Hoon Tak, stated, “When I first saw Jaebum, the image ‘Giant Baby’ came to mind. I was shocked when I saw the young and pure boy step onto the stage and release a fierce and charismatic aura. We will continue to develop Jaebum’s talents and transform him into ‘Giant Baby’ loved by people all over the world.”
Meanwhile, Jay Park released his first solo album single ‘Count on Me’ (’Nothin On You’ remake) on July 13th is currently filming for the anticipated Hollywood movie ‘Hype Nation.’
