As you all probably know, Tae Yang’s Solar album hit at the beginning of this month, and it has managed to heat up the summer for many of his fans. I pre-ordered the album previously, and yesterday, it finally came in the mail! Keep reading to check out pics of the album.

Because I was not willing to shell out the money for the deluxe album, this version of the CD is just the standard edition. The front cover is shown above. Note that the design is actually cut into the front cover, and the purple part is the actual CD behind the front cover! It’s made of this cardboard-ish/matte feeling material.

Here’s the simple back of the case, featuring the track list:

The case is a somewhat standard bi-fold case that opens up like so, with the back of the CD on the left and the attached photo book on the right:

The CD also came with some sort of trading card:

Overall, the CD has a nice presentation, although I am questioning the use of purple on the CD… Either way, sorry for the low quality pictures. I’m looking into investing in an actual camera… My cell phone just isn’t cutting it anymore!

The photos in the album are gorgeous as I saw them elsewhere, but I’m jealous of you, hehe! I think the cover of the album is pretty unique, it’s so different than the common ones with an album jacket photo.
