T-ara’s JiYeon has proved herself to be a worthy idol…that netizens can start rumors from. Recently, they found her 13-year-old post as well as some scandalous old pictures from another guy.

Let’s start with the first one. Netizens found a question posted by JiYeon at age 13 on July 3rd, 2005 on Daum Knowledge, part of portal site Daum:

“How do you become a celebrity? I am 13 years old. I have big eyes and some say that I look like Kim Tae Hee. People say I should be a celebrity. Here’s my picture; I actually look much better in real life.”

One netizen commented, “You look very beautiful, but being a celebrity isn’t easy,” while another wrote, “You look too young.”

Now that 5 years has passed and JiYeon really did grow up to become an idol, netizens were amazed at some mysterious ‘powers’ by the site. On July 21st, a T-ara representative stated, “We weren’t aware of this post, but it seems like it really is JiYeon.”

On the other hand, a scandal popped up for the young idol as netizens found similarities in the pictures between her and the ulzzang (best face) Park Tae Jun.

Netizens took screen caps comparing photographs that seemed to be have taken at different angles, but of the same thing at the same time. The pictures include a dog wearing a rabbit-looking hat who is known to be T-ara’s pet, Bappeul. This photo was posted on JiYeon’s Yozm account in May, while Park Tae Jun’s was uploaded in July to his Cyworld, causing much suspicions.

Netizens commented things like: “Behind the dog you can see in the background, they have the same clothes” and “maybe they’re two best friends just playing games together?”

Meanwhile, Park Tae Jun appeared on Mnet Scandal as the boyfriend to another T-ara member, Qri. He also gained attention by revealing recently that he had an idol girlfriend.
