Bahnus Vacuum, who I’m not even going to call a song writer because what he’s done is just pathetic, was outted for plagiarizing a handful of Lee Hyori’s songs on her latest H-Logic album earlier this year. Now, there’s no denying it. He admits it!

On July 16, Bahnus Vacuum (or Mr. Lee) pleaded guilty to downloading American and Canadian songs and calling them his own before handing them over for Lee Hyori’s ‘H-Logic‘ album this year. He earned about $29,000 for the songs, but now will be referred to the prosecutor’s office for being a naughty producer.

He’s expressed his apologies, but the damage is done. Lee Hyori’s reputation has been tainted, as has Mnet Media’s. Hopefully Lee Hyori can rebound from this embarrassing doozie and who knows, maybe even attempt to write her own work from now on.

good thing he finally admitted his mistake.

it’s about time he admitted to plagiarizing those songs.

shame.. what was he thinking!

aw. at least he admits now.

Poor Hyori.. At least Vacuum pleads guilty.. NOW.

Thanks for the news.

argh that guy -.-
i love lee hyori <3

oh hyori :(

It’s good that he is being punished..
Stealing other peoples songs and selling it to get money…
How unacceptable..

He should really feel ashamed for what he did. -___- Poor Hyori. :( But I’m sure you’ll get through with this, fighting~!!

must have hurt for Hyori… being attacked for plagiarism when it’s really all this guy’s fault… but she’s a strong woman.. she’ll bounce back!

He should be punished, no matter he admitted or not. It was clear enough to everyone that he plagiarizid, thus there was basicly no reason for him to hide it anymore..

He sure needs to be punished, but at least he admitted it >.<

shame on him!!! he needs to get punished for what he’s done to Hyori’s reputation!!

What he did was so wrong. It’s good that he admitted it but yeah, the damage is done. I’m pretty sure Hyori will be able to recover from all of this though. ^^

Silly man, that is very wrong. even my little cousin knows it is wrong to steal stuff…
But Lee Hyori will gain her spot back again, after all, it is Lee Hyori!

What a shame. It’s good that he admitted though.
LEE HYORI Fighting~! ^^

Shame on him. he ruined it. but i know that Lee Hyori is a strong person. I know that she can bounce back. She is a great singing. So everything will be alright. smile

At least he’s admitting it… *cough*Pledis*cough*

She is a strong person and I know that she can bounce back.  Since the songs caught on and they were from American and Canadian songs then maybe she can get the help of an American producer or something (ie..Timberland) and have an awesome comeback once again.

I still can’t forgive him for ruining Hyori’s comeback :l

shame on him smile he should feel guilty because like Lee Hyori is Queen of KPOP

ANyways Lee Hyori is Strong

wow, shame on him. i wonder how she’s doing now, but i know she’s strong!

I’m happy that Mnet still takes the responsibility on this, though Lee Hyori switched from label and tries to solve this out.
Bahnus Vacumn (Mr. Lee) - ridiculous artist name btw^^ should get a very, very, very high fine for ruining Hyori’s - one of Korea’s most known divas - comeback ;/

I hope this problem gets solved asap.... he should get punished for doing this cause this ruined Hyori’s reputation and caused her to end her album promotion so early!!
