Recently, the Brown Eyed Girls were added to the mix of Kpop girl groups debuting in Japan and have now released a short preview of the Japanese version of Abracadabra.

Abracadabra will be Brown Eyed Girls’ first Japanese single off of a special CD + DVD set complete with 18 songs (whoa). Here’s a taste of the Japanese version:

What do you think? It sounds a little weird to me, but I’ll wait to hear the full thing.

UGH! I still prefer Korean version >.<
And yes, the feel changes when the language changes. raspberry

i always think it’s weird when a song i’m used to in one language, is translated into another.. so i’m not quite feeling it yet XD

yeah i agree with you.. haha it always sounds like something is going wrong with the song when the languages change

It sounds the same as far as the music goes but the lyrics still sound a little weird

I listened to it this morning, and surprisingly, I like it… the Japanese version doesn’t sound as awkward as other people’s songs in Japanese!
