Days after having released a teaser music video for “GAME,” BoA has released yet another track from her upcoming Hurricane Venus comeback album. The track, entitled “Stand By,” is a ballad track, showing a stark difference from the previously released track.

While my faith in her comeback has not yet been fully restored, the release of this song has definitely put at least some of my worries aside. “Stand By,” as I stated earlier, is a ballad track, featuring a soothing orchestral instrumental. Although I am still not very fond of her new “fashion” concept, the track itself is very reminiscent of some of her earlier ballads such as, “Jewel Song” and “Moon & Sunrise.” Check out the song below:

Now all we need is a classic BoA dance track. After that’s been done, then BoA will officially be “back” in my mind. The title track is set to be released on August 2nd, with the rest of the album following on August 5th.
