Meet two-year-old Shao Pu Tao. This little girl is cosplaying as Arale from Akira Toriyama’s Dr. Slump series (he is also the creator of Dragonball). Isn’t she adorable? She pulls off Arale’s look very well and looks just like her twin [in real life]. She just needs to dye her hair purple and we’d have a perfect Arale (Though she’s a bit too young for that so this is as good as it gets). She’s the best (and cutest!) Arale cosplayer I have ever seen.
