Does size matter? I know quality does, so how cool would it be to view SHINee on the big screen? For Korean fans, luck just struck a lovely chord because that’s exactly what they were greeted to in theaters. Be jealous.

In South Korea, cinemas began showing highlights of SHINee’s Lucifer MV on July 24. As of right now, there is a 30 second and a 60 second version.

The special Kpop treat is being shown during the previews section of a movie. Lucifer is playing at 46 Mega-box cinema theaters throughout Seoul, Daegu, Gwangju and Haeundae, as well as CGV’s 122 theaters.

Those fanatics who were treated to the high definition MV commented, “looking at SHINee up close, I can feel my heart exploding.”

This is a smart movie on both SM and the cinema’s part. SM Entertainment get to expand their audience (literally) while theaters can expect fans to frequent the movies for an added experience.

I wouldn’t necessarily pay just to watch an MV, but this is still pretty neat. What MVs would you like to see on the big screen if your theater showed them? 2.N.E.1. That’s all I have say.
