Kim Jung Eun was recently seen wearing a number from the Balmain Spring/Summer 2010 collection. French fashion house Balmain, is a favorite of mine — of all houses, they’ve consistently wow-ed me through my fashion-concious years. I have this theory that anyone that slips on a Balmain dress is automatically fierce. I mean, look at Beyonce in the same dress:

Granted, Beyonce is already fierce on her own, but that’s besides the point. The leather, the hardware belt detailing, the fierce army shoulders — nothing but fierce.

What do you guys think — Kim Jung Eun in Balmain, hot or not?

Jung Eun’s face looks overwhelmed by the dress, and she doesn’t have the aura of fierce that Beyonce gives off.

It’s hot, though. She wore it well.
