SM Entertainment went out of its way to keep all of the performers for this year’s SMTOWN comfortable and safe in a chartered plane to LA, that cost a ginormous amount of money. How much? $850,000 USD, baby!

Milking their fans for every ounce they own sure pays off in the end. SM flew in a Boeing 747-400, carrying idols, staff, bodyguards and press reporters (just in case…), totaling to a hefty $850,000 USD.

It was reported that Super Junior’s Leeteuk was the first to board the massive plane, announcing through the in-flight mic, “When you talk loudly in public places, people glare at you and say, “Do you guys think you own this place?” Why yes, we really do own this!”

The first level of the plane consisted of BoA, Kim Min Jong, DBSK’s Uknow Yunho and Max Changmin, SNSD and f(x), while Super Junior and SHINee enjoyed the business section of the second floor.

But now that they’ve arrived, who’s going to SMTOWN in LA? My Twitter feed tells me that a lot of you are being just as stalker-creepy as Korean fans. Don’t scare them, now.
