Fans of 2AM, 2PM and SHINee have been outraged by SBS variety show’s PD when he recently made a comment on Twitter saying, “I’m just roughly working on a special episode with 2PM, SHINee and 2AM, those pieces of trash haha.”

I am a fan of all three of these idol groups and I am indeed outraged. Why would he even think about using that sentence even if it was in a joking way. Fans also commented, “He thinks they’re a joke and he intended to diss them,” and “How can he say that so calmly?” I am pretty sure that PD will not be very calm for soon longer, I predict that lots and lots of fans will talk bad about the PD.

But then netizens are in the battle as well by defending the PD saying, “Putting the term ‘trash’ aside, the fact that he is only just ‘roughly’ making a special episode is something SBS could potentially fire him for, do you really think he could be telling the truth? It sounds like he is just ironically showing his close friendship with them,” and “People need to remind themselves that he said it in his own personal space.”

I hope this isn’t for real and is just a joke. I am sure the PD would come out with some sort of statement explain his Tweet. Are you guys enraged by the comment or do you think the fans should calm down?

Oh.. I don’t understand why he need to say that they’re trash to bring up the ratings.. If those idols where there on their show many will definitely watch that.. No need for those harsh words..

I kind of agree with some of the netizens.. I think he just used that term endearingly and to show his closeness with them.. but yeah, saying that on the internet will give mixed interpretations and a lot of misunderstandings..
