So concludes Ningin’s first ever KPOP Battle, the final two contenders being SNSD vs. 2PM. I have to say that for a final battle, this match was pretty lax, and by lax I mean one side obviously dominated. Read on for the full breakdown.
Think Tank
[SNSD] lytoe - 6657
[2PM] Niecydc - 5856
Although Niecydc had an early lead in this game, Team SNSD’s lytoe fought back not soon after with a higher score and managed to hold the lead throughout the entire battle, giving Team SNSD it’s first win at 1-0 and setting the mood for the rest of the match.
Easter Golf
[SNSD] lytoe - 481120
[2PM] sandrazara - 372520
Again, lytoe gamed out a high score and won another point for Team SNSD. Team 2PM’s sandrazara fought hard, but it seems like they just couldn’t break that 400k mark. The score now stands at 2-0, Team SNSD clearly in the lead.
Gride
[2PM] IC3_K155 - 132505
[SNSD] lytoe - 131910
Gride was another game where for some time being, lytoe appeared to hold the lead (again). But reigning Gride champion IC3_K155 managed to sneak in a score high enough to win Team 2PM their first win of the round, making the score 2-1, Team SNSD still leading.
Chronicles of Raynor
[SNSD] LISARRHH - 17165
[2PM] feezah - 14123
This game was an interesting one as Team 2PM members put a lot of effort into beating LISARRHH’s high score, to no avail. In the end, her score still stood on top and LISARRHH wins her team another point, widening Team SNSD’s lead to 3-1.
Body Invaders
[SNSD] lytoe - 173700
[2PM] ndhaa - 157700
With Body Invaders, SyndicateS2 actually held the lead for most of the battle, but Team SNSD’s lytoe was obviously on serious fire this week. In the end, lytoe’s score trumped all and she wins another point for Team SNSD. The score is now 4-1 and victory is in sight for Team SNSD.
Monster Evolution
[SNSD] LISARRHH - 22680
[2PM] feezah - 20792
Monster Evolution had me scratching my head, but apparently it wasn’t as confusing for Team SNSD’s LISARRHH. She pulls out of the match with the highest score and gives Team SNSD their winning point. With the score now at 5-1, Team SNSD has already won, but we’ll continue with our breakdown nevertheless.
Avoidiator
[SNSD] lytoe - 42490
[2PM] feezah - 18390
Seems like lytoe knew a trick to this game that no one else figured out as she comes out with yet another high score, beating Team 2PM’s highest twice over. Yet another point to Team SNSD, and their winning streak continues at 6-1.
Catacombs 2
[SNSD] LISARRHH - 10020
[2PM] chocolatecream - 2890
Similarly, LISARRHH was just on fire with this game. With every update, her score got increasingly higher to the point where she was the only Ninginer to break 10k. Better luck next time to Team 2PM and another well-deserved point to Team SNSD. The score is now 7-1, Team SNSD obviously leading.
Snap’n’Pop (tiebreaker)
[SNSD] YooXJoong - 22203
[2PM] chocolatecream - 27062
And finally, another great tiebreaker game. Snap’n'Pop is all about how quickly you can pair up matching cars, and YooxJoong was definitely the fastest with 22.2 seconds. The last and final point goes to Team SNSD and the battle ends at 8-1.
Whew. After a few long months of all-out flash gaming, the absolute winner of Ningin’s first-ever KPOP Battles is none other than SNSD. S♥NEs rejoice, you guys fought hard.
