KPOP Idol-Off: Yesung (Super Junior) vs. U-Know (DBSK), [Results]

It’s already the end of our sixth KPOP Idol-Off match, with Yesung (Super Junior) vs. U-Know (DBSK). Three guesses as to who won this match. Although it was fairly one-sided and I’m sure the results won’t be knocking anyone off their chairs, I know you’re all dying to hear the results. Read on for a full breakdown.

Avoidiator
[Yesung] lytoe - 73380

The match started out with Team Yesung’s lytoe quickly snatching the opening point setting the stage for the rest of the match. A point is given early on to Team Yesung and we start out scoring at 1-0.

Burger Jam
[Yesung] brettchoi - 1483
[U-Know] tvxqsj - 1237
Love it or hate it, Burger Jam was your average time management game with a twist. Team Yesung’s brettchoi did not give up on this game in spite of the lead and managed to raise the high score a couple hundred points. The second game also goes to Team Yesung, leaving the score at 2-0.

Zott
[Yesung] SadFaise - 202126
[U-Know] chocolatecream - 105490
Zott was a pretty hard game, but SadFaise was super beastly at it. Despite other scores of below 200k, Team Yesung wins another point due to SadFaise’s expert gaming. With the only score to pass 200k, another point is given to Team Yesung and they lengthen their gap to 3-0.

Boris in the Country

[U-Know] lavendry - 40600
Boris in the country was just extreme Team Yesung domination. With the top 9 scores from Team Yesung gamers, it’s safe to say that Team U-Know was just crushed in this one. LISARRHH walks out as the top gamer overall and earns her team another point, making the score 4-0. At this point, Team Yesung has already won the Idol-Off, but we’ll continue with our breakdown.

POW Pool

LISARRHH was on fire these three days, no joke about it. After trumping Team U-Know’s highest score a couple of times over, another point is granted to Team Yesung courtesy of said LISARRHH. Team Yesung continues their winning streak to 5-0, which is coincidentally the last point they’ll ever get.

Croak!

[LISARRHH] LISARRHH - 144440
A favorite classic turned into a Ningin classic, tvxqsj owned this one. Thus, tvxqsj wins Team U-Know their first (and not last) point of the season and slightly closes the gap to 5-1.

Snap’n’Pop (tiebreaker)

[Yesung] lytoe - 27081
And finally, our tiebreaker game this time around was Snap’n'Pop, where the lower the score, the better. Although lytoe’s been making quite a rep for winning a good number of games, this win in fact goes to blueberrypop and Team U-Know. That brings the final score to 5-2, Team Yesung still the winner.

Congratulations to everyone who participated. Yesung will now advance to the second round to take on Big Bang’s Taeyang. Decisions, decisions. Who will Ninginers back this time around?
