Famous for her roles in East of Eden, Like the Moon Escaping From Clouds, and Sweet 18, Korean actress Han Ji Hye exchanged vows with her prosecutor fiancé in a private ceremony on September 21st in Hawaii. She left Korea for Hawaii on the 18th to get married.

The newlywed couple met at a church gathering and started dating since January of 2009.

She reportedly said, “I met someone who I can live for. Even with all the obstacles in the way, I will never let go of his hand. Thank you for congratulating me.”

Han is planning on staying in Hawaii until the end of the month.

Congratulations! I am so happy for you! Hawaii seemed like a good place to get married since you wanted a private ceremony. I bet there weren’t any reporters to capture everything. I wish you guys the best of luck!
