It seems like JYJ is starting from the beginning once again, as the trio not only recently announced plans to release an album in English, titled The Beginning worldwide, but they’re also going to follow up with a concert to showcase their new album…which happens to also be worldwide.

Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong even have their own site in English now (yes, finally one I can understand!), which has an extremely touching piece about JYJ, how their upcoming album came to be, and a bit of info on the some of the songs in The Beginning. It also happens to contain currently planned tour dates and the CD tracklist! Check it out!

I’m so excited about the fact that they all contributed a track to the album. It really gives you a deeper connection to the artist when they’re singing something that they themselves came up with. I’ll admit I’m slightly worried about the Engrish, but their voices can definitely make up for any Engrish that they might ending up singing.

And as for tour dates…

Bangkok - Impact Challenger 15th October
Malaysia - TBC 17th October
Hong Kong - Asia World 24th October
Shanghai - Grand Stage 7th November
New York - Hammerstein 12th November
Seattle - WAMU THEATER 13th November
San Francisco - Bill Graham Auditorium 14th November
L.A - Shrine Auditorium 19th November

I was so excited when I saw the concert locations, because I never expected them to promote anywhere outside of Asia. The boys have never mentioned performing in America as one of their aspirations, so this was definitely a pleasant surprise. Their US fans are definitely in for a treat, as are their Asian fans. It is a little sad to see that neither Japan nor Korea are on the list though, seeing as the boys spent the majority of their career promoting in those two countries. Hopefully, they can patch up all their troubles soon! But in the meantime, I am super hyped for this world tour (and album). It’s going to be awesome!

What do you guys think?
