Today’s Korean lesson from KPOP idols is about describing feelings and listing out one’s characteristics. I found a video clip of f(x)’s Victoria talking about her hubby 2PM’s Nichkhun on a radio show. This is pretty much right after the Khuntoria couple finished filming their first episode. At 0:16, one of the members of f(x), Krystal, asked Victoria how she felt about being “married” by saying “Kibuni eoddeoseyo?” (기분이 어떠세요?). Victoria responded very concisely with “Joayo”(좋아요). Krystal then told all the radio listeners that Victoria is Nichkun’s fake wife. She asked Victoria a favor by saying “Nampyeon jarang jom haejuseyo,” (남편 자랑 좀 해주세요) which means “Please brag about your husband.” I know there are a lot of fangirls here on Ningin, so to make your life easier, I am telling you guys right now that the word “nampyeon” means “husband.”

Victoria seemed shy to answer at first, but she finally opened her mouth and said “Ildaneun neomu jalhaejusyeosseoyo. Chakhasigo maeneoisseoyo,”(일단은 너무 잘해주셨어요. 착하시고 매너있어요) which translates to “First of all, he was so nice to me. He is nice and has a manner.” Aww. Victoria is so nice! I am glad she ended up with someone like Nichkhun, although I am a big fan of him.

After she responded, the remaining f(x) members joked about having to call Nichkhun “dad” from now on. I don’t think they should because the age difference isn’t that much!
