The notorious Hong Kong celebrity Edison Chen is finally stepping back into the music industry for the first time since the fallout of his fame when some less-than-appropriate pictures of him and other female celebrities were leaked to the public. Well, the past is behind him now, because the man has just released a new music video for his new single Mr. Sandman.

The song is an attempt at hip-hop and rap. Check it out below:

… yeah…. This really isn’t the best thing ever. Edison should really stick to doing other things that don’t involve rapping.

Meanwhile, during a publicity event, Gillian Chung, one of the mistresses involved in the photo scandal, was asked about how she felt regarding Edison’s new single. Gillian replied back coldly that she was not aware of the comeback and curtly congratulated him, stating that she does not really listen to any new music nowadays.

Aside from the fact that the song just isn’t that good, the man has caused her a lot of pain. Sure, she’s at fault too, but you can’t blame her for wanting to dissociate herself as much as possible from Edison. *sigh* It’s been so long, but the wounds have yet to heal.
