All the dramas of Korean actor Lee Minho that I have watched (“Boys Over Flowers” and “Personal Taste”) were really popular and attracted a lot of young viewers because of his “flower boy” roles and images in both dramas. This time, Lee Minho is coming back as a cunning ex-CIA agent in upcoming drama “City Hunter.”

He will be playing Kang Jin, an ex-CIA agent that helps those with a broken heart. To fit into his new role, Lee Minho has been intensely working out. Based on a Japanese comic, the main character is known to have a muscular body. From working out, Lee Minho hopes to change his image completely and focus on getting into his role.

I am actually proud of him for making this effort because I would personally play roles that I am comfortable with. But then again, I am not even actress. Actors seem to get a lot of pressure to have a different role every single time. I guess from doing so, the producers will be able to cast you easily. Congrats on getting this role, and I can’t wait to see your different side!
