I have always thought that China’s One-Child Policy was not enforced heavily today, but I was completely wrong. After hearing about this, I felt sick to my stomach. This Chinese lady was eight months pregnant, but that did not stop the Chinese government from killing the baby. Twelve officials barged into Xiao Aiying’s house, and they kicked her in the stomach. Then, they took her to a hospital where doctors injected her with a drug that killed the baby.

Luo Yanquan, Xiao Aiying’s husband who is a construction worker, described what happened: “They held her hands behind her back and pushed her head against the wall and kicked her in the stomach. I don’t know if they were trying to give her a miscarriage. Our ten-year-old daughter has been excited about having a little brother or sister but I don’t know how I can explain to her what has happened.”

Xiao said, ”I have had this baby, feeling it moving around and around my belly. Can you imagine how I feel now.”

Forced abortions are actually banned in China, but the law did not specify what to do with late-term abortions.

One of the official claimed that Luo approved the procedure. When asked about it, Luo immediately denied it.

You can be fined for violating the One-Child Policy. However, with the economy improving, parents can actually afford to pay the fine. However, those without anything, they can end up like Xiao.

I actually got chills after hearing about this. This was completely inhuman and cruel. How could they do this to her? Seriously, something needs to be done in terms of population control, or else this is going to happen often in the future.

that’s terrible thing to do… that is so cruel...>.<

omg! that is just wrong.
how can people be sooo cruel.

ouch >.< they even kicked her stomach and injected her? that’s so CRUEL.
that baby was a gift from GOD :( those devils should be punished

...that’s bad!!.. its ridiculous!!
..yeah, she violating the one-child policy..
..but she will also violating the divine law if she kill that child..!!
..one commandment says that “ thou shall not kill”..
.. killing was a sin!!!

ohmygosh. that is so horrible that there are no words to explain… i feel so sorry for the family and the woman especially… i can’t believe people would actually do that to someone.

I didn’t know this law was still heavily enforced until today. :O
This is really sad. :( That’s so inhuman. :(

this is sooooooo sad,.. T_T
they shouldn’t done that,.
the baby inside her is already alive,. >.<

That is kind of normal there… =~~ so sad…

that is so cruel...they should have just make the family to pay to the fine
i feel so bad for them..

This is just so… cruel. I cannot muster up anything more to describe it.

What???? Why??? thats so mean for them!!!! :(

wow that makes me so mad and sad at the same time. 8 months is a long time, look at all the things she has been through just to keep it, and for them to just come in and do that to her? wtf..

OH MY GOSH!!! i really cant believe it.... Imagine the baby was 8 months already and still they killed the baby....

this is really bad…

i thought the government never forced the parents to have abortions… it was always the parents choice and their penalty would have been to pay much higher taxes than everyone else who followed the one child policy :(

the fetus was already 8 months...that’s practically murder since the fetus had all the vital organs formed already :( the family especially the 10 year old sister will be devastated.

oh my god! I didn’t know it was that bad. I thought maybe if she exceeded the limit, she was able to give birth to the baby, with the exception of the government fining her..
this is terrible !

oh my goodness...this makes ashamed to be chinese… how could they do this to an UNBORN BABY?! i thought that if you wanted another kid you would just have to pay the fine… but i guess i was wrong D:
my thoughts and prayers go out to the family and the child :(

oh my god… what the hell is their problem??
dang.. this is so inhumane.. how can they bear doing that to a human 1 month away from being born? ugh.. they disgust me

No comment for chinese people… only the policy i am worried about and the people who can’t pay the fine.. its kinda violating human rights… especially there will be an upcoming G20 summit in Korea this certain issues will surely pop out coz some delegates have given their seats for chinese investor who bought shares and all.. and this issue will be a topic on the 19 countries who will be there… eventhough the main concern of this summit is the foreign exchange issues between china and US a few weeks ago… HOPE this things won’t happen again… i feel sorry for both the mother and the child inside the womb..

Praying for the health and longevity of the baby and the mother.

this makes me less proud for being chinese. i was under the impression that the policy wasn’t strictly enforced, since our family does have one or two family friends that have two kids.
this is absolutely horrible.

omg that’s so sad :<

this is crazy...!!!
that baby didn’t do anything wrong..!
they dont have any rights to kill one’s person..
under the law? what kind of law you guys have?
dont you think this would result a good one?
and you just want people to know you’re god!
not really a good reason to kill then so!
this saddened me so much… that child is only 8 months old..
no way!, waiting for 1 month only..
.....................................

IM OUT!

That’s awful :(

omg. this is so cruel it’s so sad to think how many more people this could have happened to :(
