Maybe outing Jonghyun’s relationship status wasn’t such a good idea, since now every media outlet and human being in Korea is after all of the juicy details. He’s also missing out on promotions with the rest of SHINee. He was recently missing in a live performance on Heechul’s Young Street Radio.

Although not officially confirmed, we can assume that SM Entertainment advised against Jonghyun going on air with the rest of SHINee on a recent visit to Kim Heechul’s Young Street Radio show. Since the show-host usually chit chats with his guests, it makes sense for Jonghyun to be absent, since SM wants everyone to pretend nothing’s happening.

SHINee performed “Hello” and the grand ballad “Quasimodo“, trading parts to cover Jonghyun’s lines. How do you think they did?

All I have to say is Taemin stepped his game up. He was all serious business in “Quasimodo.” I’m impressed.
