The famous Korean Idol, Rain made a visit to the MCM store opening event in London’s Sloane Street today for a 1 hour fan signing with his English fans. I decided to head down there with my friends to see the worldwide super star. However, to meet him in person, we would of had to pay £85+ ($134 USD) to get into the signing area.


Rain arrived in a massive limo, which stopped right next to us. While waiting for the traffic to move on a few of us decided to act like crazy fan girls and started dancing to Rainism, knowing that he could fully see us making fools of ourselves.

Rain was wearing an MCM jacket, which is made by MCM and Phenomenon. I got a chance to talk to Bora the marketing manager who said that the store has been open a while, and Rain was in London for personal reasons but he said it would be nice to spend some time with his English fans. Rain is also friends with the company MCM and is known to own and wear their clothes. Rain was happily greeting all his fans in English as he took his time to get from the Limo to the store, fans went crazy for his appearance today.

I got a lucky chance — as he headed my way I rushed over to grab his autograph, he happily signed and smiled and thanked us for coming, but then since he didn’t have a pen, he borrowed mine, meaning I was next to him for a while as he used it. Then I had to grab it back –now its a treasured pen! Here are some fan cams of Rain leaving the store. You can see me in most of them, I’m the red/ginger haired girl standing next to him.
