Love Buffet is back with its fourth episode, and things are heating up with Xiao Feng and Da Ye’s relationship. But Da Ye doesn’t even know it. Well then he definitely wouldn’t have expected what happens next. (Warning: Spoiler Alert!)

While at the beach together Xiao Feng’s “Da Ye Notebook” fell out of her bag, revealing a picture of his classmate Ah Ji, but no, he’s got it all wrong. What he didn’t see was that it was actually a photo of him and Xiao Feng in the background, that is why she kept it. I knew that would eventually backfire. Da Ye immediately gets the wrong impression and introduces her to him. Ah Ji is a very awkward boy, very shy and innocent, and has never had a girlfriend. Finding out Xiao Feng ‘likes’ him he was thrilled. But it wasn’t long before he suffered his first broken heart too.

Angel Ah Yi continuing to watch out for Xiao Feng, he gives her a good excuse to tell Da Ye in order to clear up the situation without confessing to him. And she pulled it off! That is after she made it out of her tongue twister of lies. Poor Da Ye is so naive when it comes to understanding Xiao Feng’s true feelings towards him.

It is one mood after another with Ah Yi, already blowing up on his cousin for Xiao Feng’s sake, he is now angry with her only because he is soon reminded of the girl he once loved. To apologize, Da Ye and Xiao Feng get together and spray paint “Ah Yi, Sorry Sorry” over on a hill to show him. They even broke out into Super Junior’s Sorry Sorry dance! Hah.

Everything is back to normal and Ah Yi goes to tell Xiao Feng that in his heart she is beautiful. AH! How sweet. How could she not see it yet? Everyone else does. Including Da Ye, who asks him whether or not he likes her. Well that is a sure fire way to turn Ah Yi back to his cold attitude. Leaving and slamming the door, a bunch of books fell down, Da Ye went to put them back up and found Xiao Feng’s drawing she stuffed in the cracks when she was younger. He assumed she had given it to Ah Yi, because he loved hiding his favorite things in places like that. Boy! He’s got it all wrong again!

At the baseball game Da Ye went to swing the ball and pelted it right into Xiao Feng’s foot. Completely swollen, he whisked her away to have it treated. The game continued on without them. Sitting there together, she finally mustered up the courage to come out with her feelings and confess to him. But he gave the same reply he gave to Qui Ying. Heartbroken, she hobbled away alone and in pain. Angel Ah Yi is back for vengeance when running up to his cousin, he gave Da Ye a good punch in the face, and ran off in the opposite direction.

Qui Ying and Xiao Feng now seem to be the best of friends, now having the same heartbreak to bond over. She takes her to a place to treat her ankle. Later her friends come to the scene to get her and her broken-hearted friends, Qui Ying and Ah Ji to go sing karaoke together. But I guess their song choice wasn’t the best one, and left the three in tears. But while she was sobbing over Da Ye, she didn’t realize he had been calling the whole time.

Ah Yi tries to cheer her up by giving her a cute little barrette for her hair. But her mood is brought back down when Da Ye asks for things to go back to the way they were. Is she willing?
