Ha Ji Won’s younger brother, actor Jun Tae Soo (27), was arrested on January 29th due to a criminal offense that he committed that day. After a night out, the star was reportedly charged with assault after he assaulted his cab driver, and the police officers who arrived on the scene. In response to his act, the actor apologized for his behavior.

Jun expressed, “On the 29th, I met with a few associates for a couple of drinks for the first time in a while. While taking a taxi home, I committed an action that I should not have done under the influence of alcohol. I shouted at the taxi driver, and amidst such arguments, physical contact was made.”

“At that moment, I should have formally apologized and asked for forgiveness, but I was unable to. Even when police arrived at the scene, I was not fully consciously awake. I do not want to excuse myself or blame my actions on being drunk. Even if I had 10 mouths, I would not be able to excuse myself, and am deeply reflecting on my actions.”

“I would like to formally apologize to the taxi driver and policemen, and I bow down in genuine apology to the viewers that have supported me ever since my debut. I briefly forgot that my career would not have existed today if not for all of your support and committed an action that was not mature.”

“To my family and agency members, I am unable to contain my apologies towards them. And to all of the representatives of the dramas I am appearing in, I would like to once again apologize. As an actor just starting his career, I should be humble and work hard, but I am reflecting on what I have committed and the impact it is making on those dramas.”

“As an actor, I have realized once again that responsibility and genuineness are the two most important traits in my profession, and I am determined to live a more mature and truthful life. I would like to apologize once more.”

Jun Tae Soo is currently appearing on MBC daily sitcom, “All My Love”. A decision whether to allow him continue his activities on the show is yet to be confirmed.
