Looks like CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa and actress Park Shin Hye might star in a new drama together soon! This time, we might get the chance to see ‘Shin-woo’ and ‘Mi-Nam’ end up together. The two celebrities have been asked to star in MBC’s newest upcoming drama “Festival” which is set to air its first episode in June.

“Festival” is said to be a youth melodrama that’s based on a school of performing arts. Hm, this setting sounds vaguely similar to “Dream High“… Jung Yong Hwa is considering of playing the male lead in the drama, who is a band member in the school. However, although he did receive the offer, his comeback with CNBLUE might cause problems to crop up during filming schedules.

On the other hand, Park Shin Hye’s company Aba Entertainment has said that they are interested in the story-line. They stated, “We think Park Shin Hye can show off her charm by acting as a lively young girl. The script is funny. We are currently in talks with the production team, and we’ll decide soon.”

Even though them being cast in the drama isn’t official, many “You’re Beautiful” fans are anticipating it, one of them being me. The whole entire time I was watching the drama, I was rooting for the Shinwoo-Minam couple. But sadly, we can’t get everything that we want and in the end the Taekyung-Minam couple won. Now with this drama, I’m looking forward to them portraying a couple together!
