A touching story of Lee Hyori and her recently adopted dog has been warming the hearts of netizens lately. Not too long ago, Lee Hyori adopted a dog named Sunshim. Because Sunshim was always beaten up by her previous owner she is now blind in one eye and has also received due to an infection in her womb.

The dog’s shelter recently posted an update about their former ward stating that whenever Hyori leaves the house Sunshim would always wait by the door until she would return. The woman that takes care of her while Hyori is gone would always place a mat in front of the door because it hurt her seeing her like that. To Sunshim, Hyori is probably all she has.

After reading this story netizens were quite touched and even commented, saying, “That really is touching. I think your warm heart is healing Sunshim’s wounds.”
