JYP and the Wonder Girls left for Hong Kong during the evening on March 31st. Where did they go to? It’s none other than for Jackie Chan’s charity event ‘Artistes 311 Love Beyond Borders‘!

This Asian charity event was set up by Jackie Chan in order to help those affected by the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. It’s to be held on April 1st at 7PM at the Victoria Park in Hong Kong. Asia’s top stars have been invited for this superstar-studded event.

There will be 30 star teams from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, and Japan. JYP and the Wonder Girls, however, received a personal invitation from Jackie Chan and they will be performing ‘Smile Again’, the same song they sang for the 2008 I Love Asia Project.

A JYPE staff member said, “Jackie Chan joined us for the ‘I Love Asia’ event for earthquake victims in Sichuan in 2008… we decided to take part in the event to express our sorrow for everyone effected by the earthquake in Japan.”

This is pretty cool! This will definitely be an event to remember and it’s going towards a good cause.
