Ningin is a big site with lots of things to do and lots of fun features. I understand that it’s hard for new users to know all the cool things that Ningin has to offer right away and to get help when you don’t now how to do something. We’ve relied on guides and FAQs which, useful as they are, do not cover everything. Today I’m adding a new feature that I’m hoping will go a long way to helping increase the user-friendliness of Ningin and other Mixr sites. Say hello to your new Support Ticket System!

We’ve already pre-answered a bunch of the most common questions that people may have here on Ningin. Not only that, but any user will be able to answer the questions of others. There are a lot of high level, veteran users of Ningin and I’m sure many of them will be able to direct you to the right answer for your question of problem. I’ve also designated a couple dozen users with moderator abilities to escalate problems to my or another staffer’s attention.

How does all this work? Simply, visit the Support Ticket page. Ask your question. Wait for an answer. Since anyone can answer your question, hopefully you will get a response in a short amount of time. You can check the progress of your ticket/question anytime by clicking on the “My Tickets” link. While you’re on the ticket page, why don’t you help others answer their questions if you can.

Note that this Support system will replace our previous contact page which will no longer work. Also, Jinra and I will no longer be responding to questions sent to us via private message.
