Shinee’s Key is not only famous for being a singer but also because of his artistic talents. He has been gaining a lot of attention lately because he is currently exhibiting 16 pieces of art in the Monaco Art Gallery located in Seo Cho Dong, Korea. The art exhibition is titled “Boogie-Woogie Planetary Exploration” and is opened until April 14th up until the 23rd. Not only did he participate as an artist, he also worked as a exhibition organizer along with his uncle Kim Dong Hee, who is an architect.

The 16 pieces of art are composed of 15 of Key’s own creations and with one piece created on the spot at the art gallery.

His artworks are completed by his own effort and none of these affected his schedules. Instead all of these artworks were created during Key’s free time. Not only was he given support by his fans, but from his family and agency as well. SM Entertainment commented that Key finds personal enjoyment from drawing, while his family members have also given him much love, and his uncle was the one who persuaded him to join the art exhibit.

That’s our multitalented Kim Kibum <3 I wish I could look a bit closer. It looks like there are quite a few details we can’t see from the picture. It’s hard to believe he has much free time to draw, though P: He makes me want to put more effort into finding time to do it myself. ^^
